WHAT DOES PROJECT DISCOVERY ASSESS?

The questionnaire consists of 29 questions across five dimensions and takes approximately 5–15 minutes to complete. 

1. Outcome Clarity – Are you clear about what the project needs to achieve?
2. Scope Clarity – Do you understand what is included and what needs to be addressed?
3. Data Understanding – How well do you understand the data involved?
4. Rule Readiness – Are the business rules needed to assess and manage the data clear?
5. Delivery Readiness – Are the people, decisions and resources needed to deliver the project in place?
